English Learner Solutions
We pride ourselves on partnering with districts in identifying the most urgent needs of their English Learner (EL) population and developing customized solutions to meet those needs. We begin by evaluating the current state of your EL program, including English Language Development (ELD)/English as a Second Language (ESL), and work with you to develop assessments, instruction, and curriculum that is tailor-made for each unique group of students. Historically, districts and schools have subscribed to a “one size fits all” approach to intervention. Unfortunately, this approach has most often failed to provide the rapid increase in student achievement that we all strive for.
